My husband and I moved to Indian lakes in March of 2008 and have had no problems. Well, we have had no unusual problems. Our heater was broken but they fixed it same day. Our roof leaked but that was the roofers fault and the office staff made the roofers come back the next day and take care of the problem. That is really it. Our maintenance guys are awesome! They are so friendly and hard working. The view from my apartment is a beautiful pond. There is definitely a sense of peace here.Yes there are ducks, but they work very hard to keep people from feeding the ducks and even pay to remove the ducks when they become too numerous. I like the ducks though. In the spring there are a bunch of baby ducks and it makes me smile. The complex has 2 pools and a spa. Tennis courts and a sand volley ball court. They are beautiful and very well tended.
The office staff are the most amazing group of people. They don't care what your question is they answer it with a smile. Even if you are just bored their door is always open. I highly suggesting moving here. You won't find a better place!

They worked with my lease terms, were always available to take my call and resolved any issues before they became problems. They also offered additional assistance on areas I hadn't thought of such as switching over mail service and specials on cable. My clients were thrilled with the service they received during a very stressful time. Indian Lakes will be my first choice whenever I have clients in the Virginia Beach area.
